Industrial Security Services in Sector 63

A large share of Noida's factories, garment export units and electronics workshops sit in and around Sector 63, and an industrial site needs a very different kind of security from an office. The real risks here are pilferage of raw material and finished goods, unchecked vehicles at the loading dock, and stock going missing from stores during a shift change.

Industrial guards usually run the main gate and the material gate as separate posts. They check every incoming and outgoing vehicle against its gate pass and challan, keep the inward and outward registers, frisk workers at the end of a shift where company policy allows it, and patrol the boundary wall and godown at night. Many units also ask guards to keep attendance records for contract labour and to keep an eye on fire points and electrical panels during their rounds.

Cost is driven by the size of the plant, the number of gates, whether the unit works one, two or three shifts, and whether a supervisor needs to be stationed on site. A compound with a long boundary wall needs more patrolling staff than a single-building unit, even if both employ the same number of workers.

When you shortlist agencies, prefer one that has actually guarded factories, not only offices. Ask how their guards handle gate-pass mismatches, whether they are trained in basic fire-fighting and first aid, and how quickly a replacement reaches you if a guard walks off mid-shift. Confirm the agency's PSARA licence for Uttar Pradesh and ask for proof of PF and ESI deposits for deployed staff, because the principal employer can be held liable for unpaid statutory dues of contract workers.

Finally, agree on reporting in writing: daily gate registers, incident reports and a monthly review with the supervisor. Clean records are what make industrial security useful on the day a loss actually happens.
