About Jainco Caterers

For 25 years, Jainco Caterers has cooked for weddings across Delhi NCR — and never once put meat, fish, or eggs on the menu. That focus on pure vegetarian food isn't a limitation. It's the whole point. Two and a half decades of Haldi mornings, Sangeet nights, and wedding receptions have taught us exactly what a vegetarian spread needs to feel complete, and how to get it to your guests hot, fresh, and on schedule.

We cater across Delhi, Gurugram, Noida, and Faridabad, for gatherings of 50 and gatherings of 500 alike.

Menus Built Around Your Guest List, Not a Fixed Brochure

A wedding menu shouldn't be the same twenty dishes every caterer in the city serves. We build spreads around who's actually eating: North Indian, Punjabi, Gujarati, and Rajasthani classics sit alongside Jain and Satvik menus, cooked without onion, garlic, or root vegetables for guests who keep to those traditions. For families who want variety beyond Indian cuisine, we add South Indian counters, Chinese, Italian, Continental, and Mexican stations, plus fusion dishes and dessert tables.

Live counters are a big part of most weddings we cater now. Guests watch their chaat, dosa, or pasta made fresh in front of them instead of picking it up from a chafing dish.

A Caterer for Every Ceremony, Not Just the Wedding Day

A Delhi NCR wedding is rarely one event — it's a week of them, and each one needs a different kind of food. We cater Haldi and Mehendi mornings with lighter, colourful spreads, Sangeet nights with a festive dinner menu, and the reception with full formal service. For couples taking the celebration out of town, we also handle destination wedding catering, including the logistics of cooking and serving away from our home base.

Engagements and smaller family celebrations get the same kitchen standard as the main event — nothing scaled down except the guest count.

Hygiene Isn't a Line in the Brochure, It's How the Kitchen Runs Food for a few hundred guests only stays good if the process behind it is tight. Our kitchen works on same-day preparation wherever the dish allows, sources vegetables and dairy fresh rather than stockpiling them, and keeps staff in gloves and hairnets through prep and service. Presentation gets the same attention as taste — a buffet that looks half-finished undercuts a menu that took hours to cook.

Trained Staff, So You're Not Managing Your Own Wedding

Cooking is half the job. The other half is service — and that's where a lot of caterers fall short on a wedding day. Our service staff are trained specifically for buffet management: keeping counters stocked without long queues, timing courses so the food matches the event's flow, and clearing and resetting between ceremonies without guests noticing the work happening around them.
