CARE FORCE SECURITY SERVICES

Care Force Security Services Pvt. Ltd.: Guards and Housekeeping in Karampura, Delhi Care Force Security Services Private Limited began operating in 2020 from Karampura, West Delhi. It supplies people, not products: guards for a gate, housekeeping staff for a floor, support staff for an office. The company describes itself as a government-approved security agency.

That phrase deserves a check before you sign anything. The sections below show what to look for.

What Care Force offers Security guards. The company says it provides guards of all types. Ask which ones it can send to your site, because a night guard at a warehouse and a reception guard at a clinic do very different jobs. Housekeeping. Cleaning and upkeep staff, also listed as covering all types. Agree the exact tasks and shift hours in writing. Office support. Staff for the small daily jobs that keep an office moving. The listing doesn't name the roles, so get them on the quote. Consultancy. Offered alongside manpower and facility management. The scope isn't spelled out, so find out what a consultancy visit covers and whether it costs anything. One vendor for guards and cleaners: the good and the bad

A single contract means one invoice and one phone number to call when someone doesn't show up. For a small office, that beats juggling two agencies.

The catch is that a good housekeeping team can hide a weak guard roster, or the reverse. Request attendance and complaint records for each service separately.

What PSARA requires of a guard agency

India regulates private guards under the Private Security Agencies (Regulation) Act, 2005, known as PSARA. An agency must hold a licence before it can deploy guards. The state issues that licence, and it works only within that state. It runs for five years and can be renewed. What is the PSARA license? +3

Training and supervision carry numbers too. New guards need at least 100 classroom hours and 60 field hours spread over 20 working days, while ex-servicemen and former police personnel can take a shorter course. One supervisor can oversee no more than 15 guards. setindiabiz setindiabiz

Those figures give you something concrete to test a claim like "government approved."

Five questions to ask before you sign Can I see your current PSARA licence and the training certificates of the guards you'll send? Who supervises them, and how often does that person visit my site? If a guard is absent, how fast does a replacement arrive? Can the quote show wages, statutory contributions and your service fee as separate lines? What notice period applies if the service isn't working out?

Send these in a message before you call. An agency worth hiring will answer all five without hesitating.

Why location matters

Karampura sits in West Delhi, where small factories, showrooms, offices and homes share the same streets. Distance matters for guard services: a supervisor who lives nearby can check a post during a night shift. Ask how Care Force handles site visits for your address, then use the contact details on this listing to request one.
