Tempo Traveller on Rent in Vasant Kunj

Tempo traveller on rent in Vasant Kunj is often booked for airport transfers to and from Delhi's IGI Airport, given the locality's proximity to it, along with bookings from residents and offices in this South Delhi neighbourhood for weddings, corporate events, and family outings. Vasant Kunj also has a number of malls and hotels, so tempo traveller bookings here sometimes involve picking up or dropping large groups such as tour parties or event attendees.

Vehicles are available in seating capacities from around 9 to 26 passengers, with a non-AC option for short local runs and an air-conditioned version with reclining or pushback seats for longer trips, airport runs with luggage, or multi-day outstation travel. A dedicated luggage area at the rear is standard, which matters for both airport pickups and outstation journeys.

What determines the price: seating capacity comes first, followed by whether it is a same-day local booking or a multi-day outstation trip, and whether AC is included. Toll, driver allowance, and any interstate permit charges for trips leaving Delhi are usually added on top of the quoted base fare.

For airport-related bookings from Vasant Kunj especially, it helps to confirm the exact pickup terminal and time with some buffer for traffic, check that the vehicle has enough luggage space for the group, and get the total fare, including toll and parking at the airport, agreed in writing before the trip. Flight delays are common enough that it is also worth checking the operator's policy on waiting time before extra charges apply, since a delayed flight is the traveller's problem, not something the booking should quietly penalise.
